About me
I am a certified
GYROTONIC®
andGYROKINESIS®
trainer with a background in art and classical ballet. I also practise Argentinian Tango. My approach to movement is shaped by an interest in the connection of the body and mind, both as a physical and sensitive system-capable of memory, adaption and subtle change.
I also bring personal experience with chronic pain after an accident injuring my ankle, pelvis and neck, as well as somatic skin and health conditions. Through this, I’ve developed a deeper understanding of how closely physical and internal states are connected, and how important it is to work with the body rather than against it.
Working with this unique body movement method has played a significant role in in my own healing process, helping me recover, strengthen, and reconnect with a sense of ease and support in my body and mind.
This experience informs how I teach: with patience, attentiveness, and respect for each person’s individual rhythm and qualities.
My sessions focus on creating a nourishing and supportive environment where strength and softness can coexist.
